• Customer Relationship Management System Implementations - Led or participated in several implementations of a CRM package for various clients such as a major museum located in New York, New York, a nationwide children's shoe retailer located in Boston, Massachusetts, a major fabric retailer located in Baldwin, Mississippi, and a bargain chain located in Harrisburg Pennsylvania
• Windows Mobile Application for Retailers - Developed a mobile application for retailers to perform on-hand lookup, cycle counting, product transfer, and product receiving functions.
